As Part of Professional Direct Delivery team we are responsible for planning and building the solutions and High End Escalation Support for customers. Working as a Cloud Administrator on Microsoft Azure, involved in deploying hybrid cloud solutions and migrations from on-premises to azure (basic knowledge on migrations). High Availability design using load balancer for Web servers with Scale in and Scale out automatically and isolated environment by having NSGs. Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple projects. High energy and self-motivated professional with the ability to make things happen, work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. Ensuring a high-quality customer support experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes. An effective leader with proven abilities in leading larger teams during the project phase and guiding team members and enabling knowledge sharing among the team. Configure Virtual machines, storage account, virtual network in the Azure cloud. Configure and design Virtual network infrastructure and network connectivity with on-premises and azure services using Virtual private network (Peering, VNet to VNet configuration), Express route, site to site (S2S), point to site (P2S) VPN connection. Configure ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway. Design Network Security Groups (NSGs) to control inbound and outbound access to network interfaces (NICs), VMs and subnets. Configure Alerts, Metrics by Azure Monitor and Monitoring the Infrastructure on Azure by Log Analytics. Configure and Manage Azure App Services and Traffic Manager. Configure and Manage Role Based Access Controls (RBAC). Applying patches on windows servers, cloning and Go live activities. Capturing snapshot, creating images and redeploying vms. Responsible to work on Azure backup server to backup azure virtual machine, file and folders and protect azure VM into the Azure cloud using Azure site recovery vault. Experience in database migration using Azure copy, Import, Export, Backup. Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity and other issues for the applications hosted in Azure platform Hands-on experience on ticketing tools: service Now, Jira and Remedy Mostly working on troubleshooting activities like RDP errors, login errors and portal related errors. Managing Active Directory, Exchange Server and O365 environment. Mailbox Migrations from On premises to O365 environment.
