Have worked on various modules of the Oracle E-Business suite such as Teleservice, Field Service, Installed Base, Service Contracts, Depot Repair, Spares Management ,Oracle Learning Management and Oracle Lease and Finance Management and Sourcing 5+ years experience as OA Framework Technical Consultant. Four years IT experience in Business Support Systems of Telecom Domain involving post-paid as well as prepaid systems Technical (technical lead, developer, etc.) activities: interfacing with users, identifying functional and technical gaps, estimating work, architecting system interfaces, designing custom solutions, programming, leading developers, scheduling, producing documentation(AIM methodology), and providing production support.
