Any D&B user registered for DBAI can logon to system and order reports based on company name or duns number etc. The user has a provision of placing an investigation request for which report is emailed at later point of time as and when investigation is complete. The reports ordered through DBAI are charged by a different billing system. DBAI is a major revenue generator for D&B with 20,000 reports ordered per day by users.

Other outpatients are billed on a Cash and Carry basis. Radiographers provide radiological services. Radiologists study the Resulting plates and dictate the report. The Report is then transcribed, printed and dispatched. Various MIS reports are generated based on Classifications of the Services done. The Registered patients are provided with Bar Code Labels.
