Responsibilities include: Technical lead for a Project to build an Inquiry Tracking & Resolution system (ITRS) using service module of Oracle Service Cloud. This application will manage, route, close inquiries/incidents (originated from different sources) along with tasks/contacts/organizations and provide various reports/dashboards for all agents/supervisors/Managers/Management. This application is built using the Oracle RightNow Agent Console and also support Customer Portal and Social experience. The service cloud application also has knowledge base capability and has governance process built around it to propose, review and publish the answers to a select/all groups in the organization. The OSvC application also uses Single Sign on Capability using ADFS and gives users seamless login to the application. Experience of integrating with legacy systems (Sybase/Powerbuilder based) using different technologies. As part of the Oracle Service cloud project, the team is planning to integrate service cloud with the legacy systems as part of the 3rd phase. Developed Domino web based Upload/Download application to maintain file transfer for Insurance Carriers over Web platform. This system transfers files over the network (Novell/FTP/Domino), handles zip and unzipping of files and also maintains logs for each transaction. Users are allowed to upload and download files over the web using Domino technology. HTML/Java Script/Lotus Script is used along with other Domino 7.0 and above web based technology. Domino based user EDI registration system for registering web users, authenticating users and adding them to web authorized users list in address book. Companies will register their information online that will be validated by the EDI unit and users are provided access to domino based application. This application is domino based system for external users over the web and uses Java script, Lotus Script and HTML events. Domino web based IG Fraud application enables anonymous users to file complaints about workers compensation insurance fraud over the web. Once the complaint is submitted an email with all the information is forwarded to the appropriate unit to investigate. Application has forms for users / employers / insurance carriers. Application tracks the host / IP address of web users that submit the application. Domino web based technologies Rel 6.0 and above have been used to build this application. Domino web based configuration application is used as the interface for authentication purposes for all the Domino web based notes applications. This application authenticates the web users and provides access to appropriate domino based applications. Domino based User Address book is built to store all user information that have been registered over the web. Application stores initial user registration record and processed registration record separately. This application works as back end for all Domino based registration process. Built a Tracking & Workflow application to implement Workers Compensation (WC) Reforms (viz., Stop-Work Orders) announced by NY State Governor for Enforcement unit. This application renders workflow, state/district wide reports for the Enforcement unit. Application Interfaces with Sybase based Insurance Compliance system & CIS systems to read/write updates. Implementing & Rolling out Lotus Domino Web Access (DWA) Rel 8.51 across district offices. Modified the Domino Mail template to suite organization needs. Developed application that interfaces Notes applications with Windows Active Directory (LDAP) & Novell Netware 4.0 to collect Network information viz., User, Group & Printer information over the network and render it to end users. This uses OLE object Lotus script along with other notes based formulas. Developed Baseline Procedures workflow system that has set of 7 databases to publish company & employee related information to users. Replication and control of user information play a major role. Built Automated Project Tracking system allows Executive Management, Project manager and Sponsor to monitor the progress of a project. Highlights of this system include Project Dashboard & Monthly reports to track the Project History. Design and Coding modifications to several other workflow databases like Network Information, Help Desk Express, Hardware, USS Training, Impact Tracking, Requisition Tracking, Calendar and Discussion databases. Implementing an Information Security project that involves strong password rules, user password expirations, user account lockouts, prevent reuse of old passwords, synchronize notes client password with DWA password. Built an investigation tracking application to track investigative work for non-compliant employers. This system generates various types of reports and interacts with Sybase using ODBC. Built Lotus Notes & SQL Scripts from Lotus Notes Helpdesk Express application to Service Excellence Tracer product to connect to MS-SQL database using LotusScript Extensions for notes Rel 5.x. Migrate a suite of Policy related Notes applications to Stellent Knowledge & Content Management System. Customizing InterTrac Notes Product to migrate FoxPro applications to Lotus Notes and building reports using IntelliPrint software for migrated FoxPro applications. Developed Notes Applications that interact with Sybase based Claimant Information System (CIS) & Insurance Compliance System (IC2). This uses Lotus Script Extensions and Lotus Script classes. Evaluate Tools and products and assist management to make decisions to improve the software standards Working with Pinnacle Asset management product to process telephone work orders, generating monthly phone usage reports etc. Built agents to import data from Pinnacle system and update notes based applications with latest phone numbers and other user information. Working with Crystal reports for Pinnacle Asset management Product. Migrating Notes/Domino applications and servers from various Notes Releases starting from 4.x till 8.5..x.
