  • Developed almost 20 process here including some POCs, for different internal HR teams and external vendors like GE DIGITAL;
  • Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for business processes in GE Digital sector using UIPATH. The RPA implementation resulted in 20 FTE savings and 50% AHT.
  • Act as RPA Technical /Solution Architect to review the design while conceptualizing the RPA solution.
  • Built some frameworks which enables BOT uniformity across the organization in UIPATH.
  • Revise and improve codes of existing processes based on feedback from Support teams and business.
