What you will be doing



* You will be architecting and implementing feature solutions on web and mobile applications

* You will be scaling and improving various existing codebases along with staging and production systems infrastructures.

* You will play a hand in code reviews as well as have input in the ongoing improvement of engineering practices and procedures.

* You will participate in interviewing and hiring and collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success leadership to define priorities and set delivery goals.

* You’ll be architecting and managing the infrastructure and continuously working on improvement.



Requirements



What we are looking for



* Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, complexity analysis, databases, networking, and distributed systems.

* 1-3 years of experience with product development (Python & MVC based web framework).

* Experience with some subset of our primary tech stack: Python, React (or other Javascript frameworks), Redis, MongoDB, Elastic Search

* Experience with working on Linux system, version control, CI/CD pipelines

* Experience with deploying and managing staging and production environments on AWS

* Experience in designing scalable architecture to support a data-intensive application.

* Excellent at working with team members across disciplines from Engineering, Product, and UX. You can both clearly and effectively communicate ideas, opinions, and concepts to others

* Excellent verbal and written skills. The ability to explain sophisticated architectures to engineers, product managers, and support & operation executives. You should also clearly and effectively communicate ideas, opinions, and concepts to others
