The “Product Manager - Integrations” role will be responsible for owning all things integrations, primarily including the maintenance and strategic direction of the product. The key to this role will also be building and maintaining relationships with the vendors we integrate with. As the main point of contact internally and externally for integrations, this person will work with Engineering, Account Management, Support, and outside parties. 

 

What you’ll do

• Prioritize/track fixes and updates to the product


• Set short and long term strategies for innovation


• Set and adjust the roadmap for features related to integrations


• Establish, maintain and foster relationships with vendors 


• Document processes and procedures related to integrations


• Analyze and improve upon inter-departmental processes and communication


• Define successful KPIs related to integrations and provide analysis to other departments


• Collaborate with engineering, account management, and support to identify opportunities that will improve integrations


• Train internal and external users on new product integrations 

• 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically in a high-growth SaaS company owning complex technical projects


• Hands-on experience and understanding of different technical concepts


• Experience establishing KPIs, and have evaluated product analytics to understand how your products are performing


• Superior communications skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics


• A creative instinct to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and development


• Experience working with engineering teams and their processes


• Familiarity with API’s, modern data exchange formats, and cloud computing

• You have experience writing code in dynamic languages


• You have managed third party technical relationships


• You have worked with point-of-sale software
