What You Will Be Doing

• Exhibit the highest level of task and communication Project Management skills


• Encourage and mentor Project Management team members


• Responsible for all aspects of the planning, management, and execution of assigned projects from original concept through final implementation - this includes:
  
  
  
  • Implementing project management processes and methodologies for an agile team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
  
  
  • Assembling project plans, identifying & planning team allocation needs and project team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily
  
  
  • Ensuring quality reviews performance; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
  
  
  • Leading team allocation discussions on the project-level with cross-capability team
  
  
  • Tracking key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or project team allocations as necessary
  
  
  • Managing change request process, identifying and documenting changes in scope
  
  
  • Document management and storage
  
  
  
  


• Responsible for the management of client expectations as well as, in collaboration with Strategic Directors, facilitating the overall client relationship


• Coordinating communication and maintaining accurate expectations with all areas of the business that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and skillsets of the work effort being managed


• Lead project teams as the Scrum Master on our Agile teams


• Managing multiple cross-functional projects of high complexity simultaneously


• Arbitrating team conflicts and facilitates cross-capability solutions


• Ensuring team time log accuracy and responsible for project monthly billing efforts


• General understanding of all digital engagement areas, whether provided by Us or our strategic partners, such as: web analytics, search engine optimization, email marketing, social media marketing, usability, persona development, information architecture and wireframes, browser capabilities, and quality assurance best practices


• Contribute to company improvement and marketing efforts such as blog articles, process refinements and more


• Minimal travel may be required

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, leading enterprise-level Application Development/SDLC Projects experience


• Expertise in a project management software solution - Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Basecamp, etc.


• Strong ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse, and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole


• Ability to communicate resource allocation needs to complete the project within timeline, budget and scope


• Strong ability to create and implement project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, and quality


• Strong knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified


• Able to find creative alternative solutions to resource, time, and budget constraints


• Willingness to proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies


• Strong communication, negotiation and strategic skills


• Experience with a Content Management System (CMS)


• Proficient in project managing via a flexible, agile approach

• Experience with Kentico, Sitecore, and/or Sitefinity Content Management Systems (CMS)


• Experience working on projects with third party vendors and independent contractors


• Experience working in an agency environment


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related


• PMP, CSM. CSPO or other project management-appropriate certification(s)


• Familiarity with Atlassian products including Jira & Confluence
