This role straddles the divide between mathematician and software engineer. A successful candidate will work with our applied mathematicians to build robust, production level code so they must be able to fully understand the techniques being used as well as being able to write excellent code.



Key Responsibilities:



Be a key contributor to a new securities focused blockchain in the areas of privacy and confidentiality

Implement cryptographic libraries for use in the our blockchain using a variety of techniques (range proofs, proofs of knowledge, ciphertext equivalency etc)

Work with our applied mathematics experts on validation of the protocol



Required:



At least 7 years of experience in software development

Experience designing and implementing high performance, testable, provable cryptographic libraries

High level of proficiency in at least one low level language. Rust is ideal. C or C++ is also accepted. Other low level languages would be considered but are not preferred

Strong ability to meet project milestones and ability to work with teams in different time zones.
