The BI Python Developer will work directly with the Head of Technology to develop data pipelines, perform data modeling and validation, and creating data visualizations in Tableau. The candidate will also complete challenging short-terms projects that involve updating current client infrastructure and optimizing the flow of data to improve performance. Additionally, the BI Developer will work on internal projects to assist with internal processes and procedures that will be leveraged to improve the speed and ease of implementation for a variety of systems. 



Must have:

• 2+ years of experience with BI tool modeling layers including presentation, logical and physical mapping data elements from various data sources

• 2+ years of experience loading data warehouse objects including dimensions, hierarchies, fact tables, aggregates

• 1+ years hands-on experience in a recognized reporting tool set preferably Tableau. 

• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, implementing, and deploying enterprise reports, analytics, and dashboards.

• Experience developing with Tableau Python API

• 1+ years of working directly with Pandas

• Experience with Numpy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Selenium, BeautifulSoup

• Experience modeling, cleaning and analyzing large datasets

• Experience building complex ETL pipelines using Python

• Data enthusiast and analytics junkie with an intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate ahead of the curve

• Strong track record of success with owning solutions from concept to completion

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and willingness to get the job done with minimal oversight

• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders

• Predictive analytics experience

• Flask/Django web app development

• Scikit-learn, Scipy, Nltk, Tensorflow, Dash and/or Bokeh experience is a huge plus

• Experience with a variety of ERP systems, databases and other business applications
