We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable traversing between high-level vision and meticulous design and functional detail. You should be as energized creating and building from the ground up as you are improving and building on existing functionality.

You will be responsible for providing design support, feedback, inspiration, and direction on user interfaces and features, as well as designing brand-new experiences that drive the product forward. Your work will establish a common user-interface framework and design language that can be scaled across multiple applications within the suite.

You will also contribute to driving the longer term feature and product development roadmap. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the team is fully remote. This role will report to the Head of Product.

Our dream candidate…

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a design discipline related to user interface, UX, information architecture, or graphic design


• 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces on an in-house design or product team, or consulting


• Experience creating style guides and frameworks that can be easily templated and used for many purposes


• Record of delivering across user experience, visual design, and development by moving ideas and projects into production


• Excellent at traversing between high-level vision and functional detail in an iterative, entrepreneurial environment


• Strong self-motivator with excellent communication skills and ability to thrive on a fully remote team


• Expert in Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, LucidChart, Omnigraffle, and other prototyping and wireframing tools


• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, React semantics


• Experience working in fulfillment services and at an early stage startup a plus
