Job Description

The company is a web and mobile development studio created in 2005. We are a worldwide team of modern IT developers (France, Portugal, Russia, Thailand, etc.). Most of our clients are renowned French societies such as Mitsubishi, La Fnac, EDF, La Fédération Française de Tennis amongst many others.

 

You will work closely with the CEO and office manager to set the rhythm of the projects and guarantee the delivery of the projects with your technical skills and you will work closely with the team. Your missions will be the following:

 

• Lead and cooperate with the team and business contacts


• Identify/evaluate innovation opportunities that ensure best practices


• Supervise various exciting development projects: control of the progress, timeline definition, technical choices, methods to use, etc.


• Deciding the architecture and technology to follow for each project (technology, data model, library)


• Training, supervising and motivating developers (+- 1-5 members per team)


• Team management: guide developers, solve problems


• Being the technical referent in terms of code, implementation of good practices and checking the team actions


• Ensuring the code’s quality with analysis tools and systematic code review


• Guarantee the respect of deadlines and budgets


• Setting up tests/acceptance and technological surveillance in all missions

• +5 years of experience in similar positions


• Experience with the following technologies: Nodejs, Ionic, React Native, Angular, Vuejs, Sass and Javascript


• You’re independent, conscientious and a team player


• Able to work in stressful environments


• You are able to make efficient technical choices and defend your ideas


• Good spoken and written English and French
