We are looking for an exceptional UI Designer to develop first-of-a-kind blockchain-based consumer web experiences that bring together leading edge strategies and technologies.In this role, you will help us define and create delightful responsive web interfaces for desktop and mobile.             The ideal candidate is passionate about UI and is constantly testing and trying new products, deconstructing them to understand areas of opportunity (e.g. online, e-comm, apps, and games). They are progressive in their design sensibilities, pulling ideas cross-industry in an effort to shape outstanding user experiences. They have a strong understanding of visual design & UX and are able to unify them to create beautiful and cohesive design systems.



What We'll Accomplish Together:

• Balance design with usability and functionality to build stunning products with best-in-class user experiences


• Own the visual language and design system


• Create production-ready UI, with keen attention to development constraints (Unity/React) and best practices.


• Partner with UX lead to shape and drive working sessions with key stakeholders in design, product and engineering


• Gather feedback and quickly iterate on designs and prototypes

• A portfolio that demonstrates a range and depth of skill designing beautiful and effective experiences


• Strong attention to detail, design accuracy, and emphasis on visual consistency


• Ability to work autonomously, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Experience designing visual systems for desktop and mobile web


• Ability to work on problems of complex and diverse scope, and to identify creative alternatives


• Effective in communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually


• Proven ability to be responsible for visual design direction


• Experience with Agile a strong plus
