Salesforce Architect --- 0 Fully Remote
Description : We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to lead a proof of concept design and development effort. This is in support of one of our Enterprise level client s Health Solutions Management division, which focuses on Healthcare IT solutions for our client. This position will play a key role working alongside Project Management, Business Development and other members of the Salesforce development team to help develop/implement a prototype solution targeted to a large ongoing capture for future business. Responsibilities:
- Act as a change agent using a collaborative problem solving approach coupled with a sense of urgency and ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in designing, administering, and configuring Salesforce features including Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards
- Ability to quickly understand business/functional requirements and apply Salesforce business logic to solve problems
- Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates
- Collaborate with other developers to design solutions that hit the enhancements required within the given timeline and budget
- Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party apps, AppExchange products and custom code
- Develop in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX and others to build customized solutions that support requirements
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed Work Instructions. Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field AND 9+ years of experience designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of application architecture, development and design experience
- 3+ years of experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform
- Certified Force.com Developer and/or Salesforce Administrator equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce Components such as Lightning Service Cloud, Einstein, and Customer Community
- Einstein = Machine learning and A.I for smarter customer service (ie. Tying attachments to the right appeals & providing the correct next prompt based on the appeal phase similar to a TurboTax)
- Customer Community = UI & website component
- Must have hands-on experience integrating Salesforce components with 3rd Party software
- Experience setting up the basic CRM for their specific use case
- Experience creating workflows from entry to resolution (ie. Appeals process)
- Ability to have these workflows to include supporting attachments Preferred:
- com certification
- Experience with UI Path or other RPA Tools
- Experience creating the ability for the system to generate documentation/reports
- Experience with Face to Face Customer Interactions, and requirements gathering sessions
