What we'd expect you to do:

• Deeply understand the product + target users and evenutally become XUD fanboy #1

• Develop effective test strategies and plans

• Execute test cases (manual & automated) and analyze results

• Evaluate product code according to specifications

• Create logs to document testing phases and bugs

• Report bugs and errors on GitHub

• Help troubleshoot issues

• Conduct post-release testing



What we are searching for:

• "I'll figure this out" attitude

• 3+ years experience as a QA tester or similar role

• Experience in project management and QA methodology

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus

• Ability to comprehensively document and troubleshoot errors

• We are a crypto startup, believe in open source and are searching for like-minded people to get things done in a no-nonsense manner

• We are not very familiar with 9-5 and retirement plans

• We care more about your skills and experience than your degree
