My website currently has Web-to-Lead with sales force:



I am being SLAUGHTERED by spam when i market on Facebook.

website one page  the sign up is a universal one on the site ( i believe they are all same active "template" ) change one and

they all change .... ( did not write the site ) .  My web guys said they can't get it due to the

sales force component.  





i have tried , my web guys have tried ... i think we are not far away but .. need someone that can make it all come togethether.
