What we are looking for:



* Track record in the delivery of high quality software while leading positively

* 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer

* 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership position

* A degree in computer science or related discipline

* Understanding of security best practices

* Growth mindset. Believes in using innovation and out of the box thinking to overcome challenges

* Appreciation for users, showing empathy and delight in serving their needs effectively

* Excellent communication skills

* Great at collaborating with people from both creative and technical backgrounds

* Experience with mobile app development

Regarding techstack, we are using Flutter + Google Cloud Platform (Firebase / Firestore). We don't expect you to know everything about our tech stack but having relevant knowledge would definitely be helpful.
