REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



* 3+ years of software development experience

* 2+ years of Java and Spring or Spring Boot experience

* Experience in agile development processes

* Experience building and consuming REST APIs

* Experience with deploying to AWS

* Ability to define, create, and execute unit tests

* Leadership mentality

* Experience interfacing with key stakeholders and clients

* Bachelor's Degree

* Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance

* #GetShitDone mentality





NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



* Modern JavaScript experience with React, Angular or VueJS

* Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

* Computer Science or related degree

* Experience working with the government, specifically with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

* Previous .NET experience is useful
