YOUR PROFILE

• You have a minimum of 4 years of proven relevant experience in a technical online product management


• You have worked in an eCommerce, streaming or subscription-based environment before


• You are fluent in Business and Tech and experienced in working directly with developers


• You show strong product intuition and user empathy


• Ability to synthesize large amounts of unstructured and diverse information into a single set of requirements


• You know how to, or better you already have led a cross-functional squad of Software Engineers, Designers and CRM Managers as Product Owner in Scrum setups


• You are interested in the femtech industry, want to have real impact on people and have the willingness to quickly achieve expert-level domain knowledge


• You strive for product excellence and the creation an extraordinary product – average is not enough: you play to win


• You embrace change and shape a constantly improving product development setup to get the job done in the best way possible


• You show strong analytical mindset


• Knowledge of common surfaces such as Jira, Confluence, Github, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Hotjar etc. is key


• You speak and write English fluently; German is a plus
