We need to integrate Perchwell's API into our own Wix Website using RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard). Here are the details:

           Perchwell is a residential real estate analytics and data visualization product built to help professionals and their clients turn data into insight in real-time. Perchwell aggregates, cleans, and standardizes real estate information from numerous sources and puts it in one place. 

Job. Requirements: You MUST be familiar with RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard), WIX Website Developer Mode, and Ruby on Rails.



Three milestones for this project:



M1: Create a new "PROPERTIES" page. This page should have a property search bar on top (with advanced options) that has the same search functionality and feel of StreetEasy.com.



M2: Add a new strip directly below the first homepage strip and create a property search bar that resembles StreetEasy.com. Please include the advanced options.



M3: On the homepage strip where it says "Kitchens with the most clicks", replace the repeater with custom code that allows for Featured Properties. Make sure that the headline can be changed easily.
