• Understanding and interpreting user requirements and turning them into technical realities


• Utilizing your solid experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to build modern web applications


• Automating business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow,

Assignment Rules and email Alerts

• Performing data updates and migrations using Data Loader and other similar tools


• Migrating changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CLI technologies like Salesforce DX


• Implementing simple and scalable solutions


• Ensuring that development progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time


• Advocating code craftsmanship, good coding standards and appropriate use of tools that will improve the quality of the

delivered code

• Contributing to internal and external meetings by providing solutions and recommendations

About You



You possess:

• B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or in related fields


• 5 years experience developing on Salesforce.com platform & APIs


• 5+ years of Salesforce development and customization experience, including hands-on experience with APEX (including

Salesforce triggers, batch APEX, controllers, SOAP/REST API), Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud platforms


• Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform, lightning components and sales/services console


• Proficiency in data structures and databases


• An understanding of metadata and extensibility of an infrastructure


• Experience with Agile development practices and a sprint delivery mode


• An ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced (nimble) environment


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• An ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times


• Curiosity and a passion for technology


• A sense of ownership, pride in your work and a desire to strive for excellence

Bonus Points If You Have

• Object Oriented Development (Java/ J2EE) programming experience
