We are looking for a UX/Product manager with a background in blockchain and knowledge of cloud computing. The blockchain UX manager will be responsible for the the integration process of our blockchain node hosting applications and turning these applications into easy-to-use products for our end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall integration process of blockchain hosting applications which run on the Cloud


• Structure and optimize the work processes of the integrations team, utilizing tools such as Confluence, Slack, Telegram


• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the integrations team and engineers


• Testing our node hosting applications, providing feedback and following up with our engineers


• Contribute to documentation such as technology summaries, tutorials, pricing comparisons and other node integration related documentation


• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems from a users’ perspective


• Integrate with various blockchain communities to gather feedback on our applications


• Provide feedback to improve the sales proposition and user experience

• Proven work experience in relevant fields such as engineering, cloud computing and blockchain


• Understand industry requirements, product specifications, and user psychology.


• Ability to recognize sales opportunities as well as constraints


• Ability to work autonomously and with tight deadlines


• Ability to work together within a small team


• Fluent in English, written


• Good communication skills


• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders


• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
