In this role you’ll:

• Work closely with the customer success team to gather and monitor customer feedback


• Work directly with both new customer and our power users to evaluate pain points


• Research and develop opportunities to improve the product offering


• Develop and own the product roadmap (including requirements, specifications and timetables)


• Assess product market data by joining sales calls with leads/customers and evaluating the results


• Work closely and develop processes with the development team to sync on requirements, specifications and timetables


• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

• Ecommerce operating experience at a $10m + / year GMV company


• A deep understanding of developing software at a product focused company (SaaS or internal software tools)

• SQL knowledge


• Previous remote working experience


• Whilst this is a remote job, we’d prefer someone based in North/South America
