Job Description:

Wec are seeking a Software Engineer with Machine Learning experience to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for bringing machine learning technology into digital healthcare applications. You will work to support the growth of our proprietary NOSIS dataset and translating machine learning algorithms into real world products. Developing critical, patient care software will require strong documentation skills, for requirements and verification, and good programming practices. You will need to operate within assay scientists, software developers, data scientists and quality/regulatory specialists.

• Design and implement machine learning pipelines and algorithms

• Write software requirements and validation processes in a healthcare regulated environment

• Develop, implement and maintain good programming standards and practices across our analytics codebase.

• Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and business development people to refine existing products and build new products.

• Work with data scientist to design and validate data and learning algorithms.

• Deploy software solutions in cloud-based environments and EHR systems

Requirements:

• Strong desire to improve the quality of life and decrease suffering for fellow human beings

• Degree in computer science, software engineering.

• 5+ years full time employment experience building and validating software solutions

• Outstanding programming and problem-solving skills

• Strong process and documentation skills.

• Proficient in Python, R, and SQL

• Experience in Node.js

• Experience using source control: Git

• Experience with cloud services: Azure, AWS, Google

• Experience in medical devices or EHR system (FHIR) would a plus.
