Designers Qualifications:

• Have 3+ years of design experience


• A visual portfolio showcasing design for Marketing and Advertising


• Be available from 9am EST - 5pm EST most of the time. Available for urgent projects occasionally outside of normal business hours.


• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is a plus


• Have quick and steady access to the internet


• Be available via phone or text to discuss projects with our Project Managers


• The ability to effectively take critique, work efficiently under pressure, and turn around products on tight deadlines


• Show initiative and eagerness to bring a creative involvement with our team
