PHP Developer to do white label event booking system

We want to be able to license this platform out to other hotels. So need a white label system that is easy to use for hotel staff in over 30 hotels.

We are looking for an agency to project manage and develop this platform within 10 weeks to live.

There may be an opportunity for on going support from there.





I have written down some of the features but all will be discussed in more detail.



But before applying you must answer the questions.

Developers will be interviewed on their skill level, and there must be a project manager and QA involved.

It sends reminder emails to clients for payments, menus and drinks as well as following up on enquiries

It allows the admin to overide menus, and table plans, drinks, payments



It gives a full reporting dashboard including:

Dates and parties booked

Payments

Enquiries converted

Year on year performance

Table plans and drinks packages ordered on each events

Menus and dietartery requirements on each event
