The position

SENIOR FULL STACK CRYPTOGRAPHY ENGINEER:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deep understanding of Cryptography (best practices, the pros/cons, etc)


2. Develop highly reliable software systems


3. Design highly scalable and testable code


4. Design and implement fault detection and mitigation in software


5. Own all aspects of software development, including design, testing, and mission integration


6. Provide strong technical leadership and focus on continuous improvement


7. Act as a mentor to junior developers through code reviews and design document critiques

1. Master's degree in computer science, engineering, math, algorithms, or science discipline


2. And 4+ years of experience in hands-on experience in software and cryptography development.


3. Or 6+ years of experience in software development and cryptography in lieu of a degree.


4. 4-6+ years of experience with PostgreSQL database systems, GOlang / Rust, and React.


5. Ex: distributed storage,encrypted / decrypted PostgreSQL


6. 4-6+ years of experience direct hands-on experience Cryptography


7. Ex: ECDHE, ECDSA AES 256, AES GCM, SHA, network protocols,


8. Demonstrative leadership experience in a startup environment setting and meeting deadlines.

2. Experience designing fault-tolerant software


3. Thorough knowledge of computer architecture and networks


4. Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and testing


5. Creative approach to problem solving


6. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements


7. Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively


8. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Willing to work extended hours and weekends when needed. Hunger to learn, to drive, and to achieve.
