As a Head of Products

you will be responsible for:

• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, development, sales, marketing, and the market


• Create and manage the overall Product Management process


• Build and grow the Product team and contractors to enable rapid product development


• Lead our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap, timeline, and priorities


• Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features


• Become an expert on other products in the marketplace

• Curious to learn and assimilate information quickly, enthusiastic to share and teach others.


• Keenly analytical and neurotic about problem-solving.


• An outstanding communicator with sound interpersonal skills.


• Strongly interested in technology and continuous learning.


• Able to work autonomously and resourcefully in a fast-paced startup environment.

• 4+ years of product management


• Passion for fintech


• Recent experience in a product leadership position with responsibility for ideation, development and product definition for SaaS or Analytics solutions


• Experience with big data/analytics and/or fintech platforms


• Experience with agile development processes

• A BS degree in a technical field and an MBA from top tier schools are highly desirable
