The Mobile App was introduced in October 2019. Google Ads performance has been excellent with click  to downloads conversions exceeding 35%. The problem is, after downloading the app, user form submissions are far below expectations.

Goals:

1)     Evaluate and recommend improvements to increase post-download form submissions.

2)    Evaluate and optimize Google Analytics set-up and data retrieval

3)    Evaluate and implement Firebase Mobile App functionality (Optional)
