The company has several WordPress properties requiring development and maintenance for its insurance, real estate, and e-commerce business areas.

Ideally, the different business segments will all be under the domain of the company

Our first priority it to bring live an IDX-capable real estate site based on the “Houzez” template while also using the Elementor framework.

This will involve working with the IDX source and creating the necessary communication tools to allow MLS properties to be added to our website, and then, after the listing has sold, to reflect the property is no longer for sale and the removal of any intellectual property not owned by 1 Reason so the property can remain on the site and remain in compliance with MLS rules (not unlike Zillow etc…).

Houzez is a starting point and with the IDX integration, it will get us 90%+ of where we want to be. In your reply, please advise what experience you have in real estate website development with an emphasis on MLS listings.

The next step will be the movement from hosting on Vultr to our own servers, or at least to take a cost/benefit analysis of what our best option is.

Next, adding woocommerce as a multi-merchant offering. We sell commercial insurance and some of our clients sell products online. We want to have an e-commerce offering to aid our client’s sales.

As part of the admin and maintenance, having appropriate defenses and backups that are easily accessed will also be a priority.

Once the development is complete, we will want long-term maintenance and updates as appropriate.
