• Understand basic software principals, theories and concepts related to software engineering (including software development life cycle and software development process) and object-oriented analysis, design and programming.


• Attend and participate in Sprint Planning and Standups pertaining to specific projects you are working on


• Effectively and honestly communicate with the Project Manager and the rest of the team


• Proficient in two or more software development languages (preferably Python, Node.JS)


• Proficient in two or more software development frameworks (preferably React Native, )
