The successful Product Designer will:

• Be a leader in designing the next generation of UX for our consumer and partner facing apps and websites. We’re in the middle of a redesign and you’ll be a key part of the Next Gen team.


• Work with Product Managers and Data Analysts to identify gaps in our offerings, and ideate on ways to improve.


• Sketch and prototype designs to prove out the viability of an idea.


• Present designs to our product, engineering, and company leadership.


• Work with engineering to turn those proven sketches and prototypes into fully realized, pixel perfect, smoothly animated interfaces.


• Champion and lead consistency across our various apps and websites.


• Work directly with engineers to iterate on new features as they are being built.


• Lead, mentor and collaborate with other designers on the team.

• Advanced proficiency using technology, primarily Sketch (or Figma) and Zeplin (or similar).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Highly effective and persuasive interpersonal communication skills.


• Effective and creative problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.


• Self starter who thrives on autonomy but also collaboration and has an entreprenuerial mindset (extra points if you've tried to start your own venture or launch your own product)
