What you are responsible for?



- Overseeing the daily operations of our platform development

- Define and implement development methodologies and our software / systems architecture

- Foster an engineering culture that excites and challenges our people

- Be responsible for full software development lifecycle - design, development, testing, operating in production

- Architect solutions to achieve a high level of reliability, scalability and security

- Communicate effectively with other engineers in the same team, with other teams and with various - Other stakeholders such as product managers

- Operate in an Agile development environment



Further qualifications:



- 2+ years of leadership experience as Senior Developer / Lead Developer

- 2+ years of experience interacting with marketing, sales, and support

- a preference for simplicity over complexity, averseness to over-engineering

- strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
