We are looking for a Senior software engineer to help us implement a bridge from Bitcoin to Ethereum. 

What you will do:

• Build a Solidity / Vyper bridge for creating Bitcoin-backed assets on Ethereum


• Build backend services that can interact with Bitcoin and Ethereu


• Contribute to other open-source projects that we integrate with


• Help design new protocols for blockchain interoperability


• Work in close collaboration with the founders on project planning and strategic technical decisions

• Experience in creating and deploying production-ready applications


• Passion for secure software (specifically in Solidity/Vyper)


• Desire to learn and work with bleeding-edge technology


• Strategic decision making and analytical skills for long-term technological decisions


• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience


• Proficiency in English (and/or German)

• In-depth understanding of Bitcoin (consensus, data structures, security model)


• In-depth understanding of Ethereum (consensus, data structures, security model)


• Experience with smart contract security audits and tools


• Knowledge about DeFi protocols
