Growth Engineer (Full-Stack)
The Growth Engineer role overview is:
- Responsible for building and maintaining services/functionality related to enrollment and engagement.
- Rapid iteration and test-and-learn mentality focused on driving impactful, scalable change to the organization. Qualifications
- Required:
- Ability to build concise, readable, testable, and, of course, functional software, no matter the preferred programming paradigm.
- Ability to build products quickly and, sometimes, unconventionally.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once & re-prioritize at a moment's notice.
- Ability to determine and implement the core functionality needed to build out a "minimum viable product" and then iterate quickly.

What You’ll Need:
- Ideally you are currently a Growth Engineer, or have had the title in recent years. Similarly, you might have early-stage company experience or marketing experience that can inform an approach to user growth and engagement that reflects the necessities of the role.
- Experience with user acquisition for other apps (Been there, done that.)
- Proficiency with an OOPL, like, Java, Ruby or Python
- Extensive knowledge of third party software tools to optimize flows (GA, Tableau, etc.)
- A love of startups and owning things
