Web designer needed using a Wix platform for business website

 I am a sole proprietor city planner who consults with cities, counties, states, and banks to develop housing plans and conduct studies for housing needs.

I am looking for a web designer to improve the existing website using a Wix template. I am open to using a different Wix template but would like to remain using Wix since I have additional services they provide.



I am looking for someone who understands how to create professional, clean and attractive websites, and can work with me to develop a plan beforehand.
