Improve engagement on site including

- Footer Div for links to other top content

- Refine automated emailers sent to users

- A/B test headlines and images

- Improve performance including page load speed, engagement, ad viewability

- Improve ad offerings

- Add reaction emojis

- content recommendation

- integrate  our video content more natively into website

- Language toggle (switch between simplified and traditional chinese) , and cater for other language options

- Open other country specific sites (TH, IND, JP, Korea)  

- Improve Writer Admin panel, benchmarking and enhance performance management
