We are looking to hire an experienced Product Designer to help us fundamentally change the way that businesses collaborate with one another.

Responsibilities:

• Interview customers and develop an intimate understanding of the problem we're solving (Sales reps, managers, sales operations, and software buyers)


• Present product ideas to the team


• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes


• Create engineering ready design concepts in Figma


• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions (Become an expert on existing project management solutions such as Asana, Monday.com, and Atlassian, as well as Sales Engagament tools)


• Eventually help hire, train, and manage a team of designers

• 4+ years of SaaS design experience


• Natural listener, able to pick up on minute details


• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal


• Good understanding of color science and combinations


• Artistic and courageous
