Position Description Overview

We’re on the lookout for an experienced full time web developer to join our software development team to help build, grow and maintain our web apps for the Zendesk platform. You will focus on delivering features for our existing and new products to be launched, while actively ensuring the stability and scalability of our systems to support our growing customer base.

What your day looks like in this role:

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

• Write clean and maintainable code to support the delivery of the company’s product roadmap


• Actively contribute to discussions around technical design


• Work closely with the Product Manager to understand and deliver new products and features


• Help cultivate and strengthen a DevOps culture in the business

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages, Javascript, JQuery, Node.js, React and experience with Linux OS.


• Experience building scalable and stable software applications


• Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) apps frameworks and API’s


• Excellent communication skills


• Great problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude


• A strong desire to learn and grow


• Ability to work with uncertainty, be adaptable & proactive
