- Regular pair-programming and review sessions with Slack

- Node-based architecture using MeteorJS (MongoDB) with TypeScript

- Object-oriented mindset using ReactJS and Mobx

- Good solid understanding of HTML5 / CSS / LESS

- Ideally UI/UX design experience

- We always strive to improve our test-driven development process

- The system is composed of independent components with a clear separation of logic and UI



What we expect from you

- Write readable, robust and maintainable code

- As a team we develop and maintain a set of patterns how to solve problems

- Actively participate in design and architecture decisions

- Be interested in new technologies and willing to learn

- Speak and write in English very well (German would be great too)

- Be self-motivated and self-organized
