As an ideal candidate, you will lead our team with a big-picture vision as we develop a robust backend platform to track campaign statistics and run relevant reporting and analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence to automate wherever possible. You should have a strong background in digital marketing and understand why our project objectives are critical to the success of our future campaigns. We’ll need you to be confident in your leadership and have experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of significant development projects. Our platform will be built on Laravel, so we ask that you have a strong understanding of this framework. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is a UI / UX expert and can help us optimize our platform interface.

* Analyze project requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful

* Develop, implement, and maintain project timelines across our development team

* Appraise new project ideas and develop integrative strategies as needed





Skills and Qualifications



* Strong experience in a dynamic project management role

* Previous software and web development experience

* Proven experience overseeing all elements of the project development lifecycle

* Highly effective cross-functional team management

* Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising
