Role Description 

Our team helps onboard customers onto Microsoft 365 cloud services. Our charter is incubating and experimenting with ideas to help drive impact and change to how the Onboarding Center delivers to our customers. One of the primary focus areas for our team is experimentation in the Security and Compliance areas to identify the onboarding motion that will deliver a baseline security foundation configured for all customers deploying M365. The main components within this focus area are the following:

• Identity Protection: AAD P2 and Azure ATP


• Endpoint Protection: Microsoft Defender ATP


• Email:  Office ATP


• Information Protection (MIP):  Microsoft Azure Information Protection P2, Microsoft Cloud App Security


• Information Governance (MIG):  eDiscovery, Data Governance, Customer Key, Lock Box

We are looking for experts in these areas to help identify the core constructs that can be used to educate customers on our security strategy, understand customer strategies and concerns, and architect solutions that the On-boarding center can deliver to ensure customers are deployed with a secure foundation. This includes driving the value of the E5 components and demonstrating how our security motion can address key vulnerabilities in the environment. We are looking to test specific tactics that have an impact on how a customer adopts our security motion and learn from any gaps that are identified as part of that effort.
