We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to join our development team to build the Android version of our app (written in Kotlin).



As a senior developer, you will be reporting to the tech lead and be the primary resource responsible for developing the Android application. You will be working alongside with the iOS team to coordinate delivery of a seamless experience for both platforms.



Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development; 2+ years in Android app development in Kotlin (or in Java, but you are expected to work using Kotlin);

- Experience with other mobile platforms such as iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and hybrid development (React Native, Cordova, etc.) is a huge plus;

- Knowledge of back-end frameworks and languages such as Node.js is a plus;

- Ability to plan and estimate tasks and execute them efficiently;

- Ability to tackle large or difficult problems on your own;

- Exhibit strong communication skills. You will have to distill highly technical concepts to non-technical people and be able to communicate your ideas to other developers;

- You have a test driven mentality and you value code reviews.
