We are looking for an experienced individual or company with years of mobile app development experience. 

Must have developed apps for Android and iOS. Good communication in English is a must.

Experience is developing APPS for local government related entities is an asset.



Experience in Xamarin  to migrate an existing Xamarin mobile application developed circa 2013/204 using Visual Studio 2010 and upgrading it to use the latest Microsoft Dot Net frameworks and Xamarin development frameworks. The developer must be comfortable with developing, testing, and deploying both front end mobile and backend Web services.
