We are  startup SaaS company building a product for the insurance space.



We are in production with our first customer, and our current (small, globally-distributed) dev team is stretched meeting customer requirements.  We are now seeking an EXPERIENCED SENIOR WEB APP DEVELOPER to increase our bandwidth and help us continue making progress on long term objectives.  This position is expected to last a minimum of 3 - 6 months, though the perfect fit could turn into a long term hire.

REQUIRED - GENERAL



-Business to business web development experience, insurance industry experience is a bonus

-Excellent team communication skills, works well with other devs, cheerfully submits code to peer reviews, accepts feedback/criticism professionally, and provides helpful feedback to others

-Experienced working in an Agile environment

-Participation in daily standups at 8:30a U.S. eastern time (New York)

-At least 4 hours/day overlap work schedule with U.S. eastern time (New York)



PREFERRED



-Business to business web development experience, STARTUP and/or INSURANCE experience is a bonus

-Strong open source / github portfolio

-Express.JS experience

-MySQL experience

-React / VueJS experience

-Python / Django experience

-Postgres experience
