**General Overview**

We are beginning a new project that will be built off a React Frontend and a Laravel Backend.

The data will be served to the react frontend via a graphql server.

All this React PWA needs to do is consume the graphql data and render our app.

What we need you to do is setup the frontend/React part of the project with the following general concepts:

1. Localhost environment with Docker.

2. Code quality enforcements.

3. Unit Test and coverage enforcement.

4. Lighthouse testing

5. linting

6. Git commit messages and branching enforcement via git hooks.

7. Bitbucket pipelines on push, pull request and merge

8. Implement release and versioning as part of the Git flow - we’re not looking for an extra step

9. Use pipelines for deployments to Live and Dev environments

There might be some things that we are not aware of or some standards that we left out.

Here’s where we really turn to you, we want you to show us and set up this project in the most efficient manner.

Our goal is to be able to bring on many developers and we want to make sure that our codebase starts and stays as clean as possible.
