Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in Software Engineering


• 1+ years of experience applying Data Science and Machine Learning, especially related to financial data [Preferred]


• Strong background in Machine Learning and Recommender Systems, with deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised methods (collaborative-filtering, content-based, deep learning, reinforcement learning, contextual multi-armed bandit, ARIMA, causal inference)


• Great coding skills and software development experience (keras, python, tensorflow)


• Successful track record of ownership in challenging cross-functional projects


• Demonstrated ability to design and build complex systems that have positively impacted the business


• Solid experience in technical leadership of products, people and organizations


• Demonstrated track record in making impact from ideas to actual products


• Strong technical, analytical and communication skills


• BS/MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or related field
