We are looking for freelancers who are familiar with Python, Flask, Vue, JQuery, JSON, REST, OAuth, Postgres, Linux and git and have a strong foundation in software architecture and design.  There is also some back-end Python3 development to support our existing and future products.  Ideally have 2+ years building and shipping cloud based software.



We are looking for people who:

* Have an agile mindset and a growth mindset. If you are unfamiliar with growth mindset, read up on it before you meet with us and be prepared to discuss the topic.

* Own a piece of software and make sure the software fulfills the spec, user stories and acceptance criteria.

* Stay focused on our development work, even if juggling multiple clients.

* Proactively communicate potential issues with availability, delivery and/or ability to complete work.

* Very comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Clickup (or similar project management tool, like Jira), Docker, and AWS.

* Know that documentation is important and will take the effort to make sure code is documented, understandable by others, and can quickly write up external docs as needed. In other words, development is not just computation and symbol manipulation, but communication as well.

* Able to meet and/or work in North American timezones

* Ready to jump into server operations if needed.
