Our company is currently scoping out a project, and we are in need of a ML / AI professional to speak to so that we can better understand where to start and what the first steps are.



Our end goal is to be able to compare two public URLs for subjective things like 1) if the topics of both URLs are the same or different, 2) if a person looks at URL 1, how likely is it that they would also want to read URL 2, etc. There are several comparisons that the machine will need to be able to answer. Some are easier that could be a matter of supervised learning and / or classification, other comparisons will be harder.



We will explain the end result of what we are needing, and ideally you are able to provide us with some beginning steps. We are happy to extend this job significantly if you are also someone who can help us build this out.
