We are looking for a new iOS iPhone Native (Swift) App Developer to join our amazing, growing team with experience in developing simple and highly complex apps.



The task is as follows:



We're looking for someone positive, happy and always looking to make our apps the best possible! Our company is award-winning and has a 5-star reputation, and that's all down to our strong customer service that we really focus on so we're looking for someone who really fits in with something we're trying to build here. You see, the tech industry has a reputation for being too "techy" and the customer service as a result suffers! We are changing that. Although we build tech products for our clients, we have a very 'human' service and need someone to join us in this journey.



So what's involved? We have an app designed in Adobe XD according to a scope and specifications document. The app has been developed according to the design and scope/spec. We need someone to develop the app to an extremely high standard. In addition, they need to look at the design and test the app until the app is exactly like the design and ALSO according to the specification.



The technology we'll be using is SWIFT for all iOS apps. You must be a clean developer, write clean code, and again, I must stress: There is NO ROOM and NO TIME for apps to be developed that are inconsistent with the design and non-functional.



We will NOT accept any developers who create apps and say "the app is done" when it is clearly not. The developer has to be to a very high standard, work to the spec, test the app meticulously and not have to be micro-managed.



This person needs a VERY high attention to detail, be meticulous, be accurate, detailed and patient. However, one of the most important skills that we will need from this individual is STRONG communication skills. Someone who's there when we need them.
